I was satisfied with the service i received from Thomas at the Sittingbourne store yesterday. My reason for not being "Highly Satisfied" is because when i returned home I found a Dreams advertising brochure quoting the specific "Insignia Leighfield 3000 D" mattress that we purchased for £799, as opposed to the £899 price we were quoted instore on the particular day. Today I have checked the price of the mattress on your website and it is priced at £799. Given that the mattress and the bed that we purchased instore are not available for delivery until Saturday January 6th, I would like to pay the cheapest price possible.

I went to dreams as I fault its staff would be very knowledgeable regarding the type of mattress that would best suit my needs. Which was to give me support due to myself having osteoporosis and fractures in my back. But it was a case of well lay on them intill you find the right mattress. I would of much preferred for a member of staff say I know which mattress you should try and the reasons why rather then laying on half the stores display mattress

We had to approach a member of staff even though the shop was empty (only one other family in the whole store) and although the staff member that did deal with us was happy once we had paid and was leaving, they was very abrupt and almost annoyed that we was there.

We were offered the 8 year warranty for an extra £85 but then said "you don't have to decide now" carried on going brought the process, and then at the end we realised he had added the £85 on automatically without confirming that we wanted it.
