I am never Highly Satisfied There is always room for improvement in life

The manger seemed a bit rude and abrupt. No smile and non welcoming. The staff member that dealt with us was a great help and had great knowledge and would return because of his expertise. However if the manager dealt with us then we would not of returned.

I was happy with the mattress I picked, it was a little on the pricey side though but the thing that let Dreams down was the length of time until delivery, the first delivery date available was 26th March. Also we was looking to buy two mattresses yesterday but Dreams only had a Soft and a Medium in the Hypnos models, we really wanted to try a Firm meaning we have taken our business to Gerald Luckhurst as they had a Firm to try in store.

The service was excellent. The range of mattresses could have been bigger.

Our experience with the store and the staff was very good but we were a bit dissappointed that the delivery time was so long

The card machine was not working and we had to wait while the assistant called another shop to make our payment

The staff were amazing. However there was a price difference in store to online but we ended up buying a different bed anyway.

Not everything I wanted was available to view on display, cannot fault the staff there they were all fantastic.

The shop was very hot, staff looked liked they was suffering, we purchased pillows which seemed slightly over priced, and to purchase the bed we wanted we are looking at 6-8 weeks delivery. I was satisfied with my experience and the purchase but could have been improved.

I went into store seeking Silentnight mattress as seen online. I was told these were not in any store so impossible to view and try. I looked at others and eventually did order but would have liked to have seen the ones on your online page otherwise why bother to advertise. They are not something you should order online as you need to lay on them to see the comfort.
