Member of staff was very helpful and knowledgable, very patient as we took a while to decide on the mattress.

Allowed to browse for a while before assistant appeared. Very helpful but not 'pushy'. All the staff encountered were friendly and helpful. Speed of transaction good. Well done.

Joanna dealt with me , she knew all about the different beds and let me lie on a few. When I decided what bed to go for she explained about the service contract, pleased with the service I got.
