'Karen' the sales assistant was really helpful and knowledgable. She was not at all 'pushy' but showed a great deal of understanding (my husband and I are both pensioners and our requirements differ slightly to one another) of the product we were purchasing.

When entering the store we were greated by a very friendly gentleman who was very happy to help us. He showed us exactly what we were looking for and all of the best products and let us try them. When purchasing our order he did this very quickly and made us feel very satisfied with our purchase. We are very happy with the customer service we were provided with.

Me and my partner both suffer from back and shoulder problems and was looking for a more suitable bed for our needs. We purchased a bed more suitable for us with the professional help of the assistant who spent the time with us helping us to make the right choice.

The assistant was so welcoming and helpful. Our fullest needs were provided and we were even shocked with how good the hospitality of the store was and we were constatly reassured with the products and our purchase. We were asked at every possible opportunity if we were happy and did we understand all the benefits of the more tailored items.

All questions answered speedily with a smile. Staff very helpful and knew which item we were talking about immediately.

The product itself although high end was more expensive than I initially wanted to pay. I had a few extras added to the order which did help.
