not rushed nto making a decision. Offered lots of help in suiting our particular requirements. Friendly, helpful and also offered a cup of tea while filling out forms.

Was assisted as soon as I entered the store. Assistant was highly knowledgeable and very efficient when placing my order

Darren was friendly and knew his job inside out. Any questions were answered straight away ,his knowledge was faultless.He was patient and did not try to rush or put what I call ahard sale on me . Our whole shopping experience was without doubt the best we have had in long time.Well done and thankyou

The quality of the beds is very good, there was lots of choice and the colleagues in store were extremely helpful (Nicola). Delivery times and service were very good compared to some other stores. The colleague explained each process very clearly.

Friendly,helpful,understanding,did not push any one product, had plenty of time to think about purchase,helpful about delivery dates, and said about how if I was not satisfied I had so-many days in which I could change it and that worked.

I was highly satisfied with Darren as he was not pushy friendly . Had a good understanding off products. Made us feel at ease .just like to say thank you and will be getting my matress in the near future from dreams.

we were assisted by Ayse, who was excellent at interpreting our needs to find the correct bed and mattress for my son. I found the store and personnel to be highly efficient and made it a joy to shop there.

i visited many other bed shops elsewhere - your staff were great, extremely polite and they knew what they were talking about. it gave me confidence in your company and the product. it was also a lot cheaper than elsewhere!!
