Lovely store with very helpful sales assistant. The store was very busy but we were seen and helped quickly to purchase our new bed for my son.

Darren, the member of staff seving me was very helpful and friendly he made me feel at ease. He explained the bit of tec and the results, showing me various options and explaining the differnces. He never made me feel rushed and even gave me a coffee.

I went in to browse not really knowing what I wanted other than a sturdy bed, Joanna gave me lots of advice, listened to what I liked and didn't, ans wasn't pushy.

On entering the store, we were greeted and offered assistance by a very pleasant lady, who listened carefully to our requests for information and advice, and offered helpful and knowledgeable answers. She encouraged me to try out the various models and provided a pillow with a fresh cover for my comfort. She explained the discount arrangements and wrote down the various prices for us. When we had made our decision, she promptly and efficiently placed our order, arranged a delivery date and explained that the driver would take away our old mattress for recycling. Altogether an highly satisfactory, productive and pleasant experience. Thank you, Dreams!
