Dreams - Sittingbourne

The store is very pleasant. The choice of items is very good. The customer service is excellent. i was extremely happy with the experience of visiting Dreams.

This is the first time we have visited Dreams store.We were very impressed with the polite &a helpfulness of the store rep Ayse ,she explained everything we needed to know,she also explained our options we had in purchasing our item.we will certainly shop in Dreams in the future if the sales assistants are all like Ayse .She must have been doing her job well having purchased the most expensive mattress in the store

The lady that took care of us was well informed about what we were looking at and was able to answer all of our questions and made us feel at ease. Her name is Ayse.

We were looked after in a friendly comfortable way not rushed & allowed to try out mattresses within our price range.We were offered a cup of tea/coffee no pressure selling what so ever. Nicola our assistant, was very helpful & had a lot of patience. She was very knowledgeable on all the products. We were able to purchase what we wanted and choose a delivery day to suit are needs. We made the most of the sale that was on at the time us money also.

Karen was fantastic and helped me pick what I really wanted and wasn't pushy with the sale as I have had in other bed shops!

From the moment we entered the store our assistant (Ayse)was friendly and most helpful when we told her what we were looking for. She was able to present alternative suggestions for us to consider and we found her knowledge of all products and the prices, when asked, to be most impressive. She did all this without being too 'pushy' and invited us to spend some time on our own trying out different beds and mattresses. We were very pleased with the final decision we made and pleased that it is 'made in Britain' and can be delivered so quickly. We left the store saying what a GOOD experience it had been, unlike a neighbouring store where the assistant did not appear interested in our needs at all.

What a fabulous store, a lovely atmosphere when arriving, all staff were very friendly and knew what they were talking about. Special thanks to Karen and Ayse for all their help and advice (a credit to the Company) nothing was too much trouble for them. A very pleasant shopping experience.
