Staff were very helpful an knew their products yet gave us time to ponder when necessary. There were a lot of mattresses, which was confusing at first but it all made sense in the end. All in all very good.

Staff telly friendly and helpful

I was given the opportunity to try out all the mattresses I wanted, over and over again (the staff were happy to do this and extremely patient with me!). Also, as the store was not air conditioned and it was a boiling hot day, I was asked if I would like water and/or hot drinks throughout my time in the store. Best of all - there was no pressure selling. Brilliant service by both members of staff in the store.

We were very happy with our visit as our mattress we have now is very uncomfortable, so we was able to try out lots of different types of mattresses until we found the one we liked.

The assistant was extremely helpful and understanding of our needs and when she found out our need was urgent she did her best to arrange early delivery for which we are very grateful, she was very friendly and made the whole experience pleasurable.

This is the second bed item we have bought from the Dream store and your staff make buying what can sometimes be a difficult item to choose a very simple process, excellent knowledge of the products assisted us in deciding pretty quickly what was right for us without any fuss or over sell....very nice buying experience.

On entering the store I was met by two very congenial and helpful staff. The store appeared to be clean, bright and cool. On asking questions I was given the information promptly and politely. I found my visit most informative and excellent service given.

The staff were very polite and extremely helpful. We had come to purchase a bed using gifted money from our wedding and the staff were full of congratulations and treated us like royalty
