Dreams - Sittingbourne

We were met by Ayse the shop assistant at Sittingbourne store and shown around the Tempur mattresses. We laid down on the three different types of softness and were not pressured to buy. Ayse had a very good knowledge of the items we were interested in. As my wife has severe back problems Ayse told us to take as much time as we needed to choose the correct hardness of mattress. We got a good deal overall for the price and we only have to wait two days for delivery.

The young assitant was very helpful and certainly knew her job .helping us to make the decision to suit our requirements even though the amount we paid was more than we intended .

I was impressed by the low price of Tempur products compared with other retailers. I was also given excellent customer service and information by Ayse at your Sittingbourne branch.

Staff were really friendly and professional, helped us pick the right mattress as we could not decide. Just a overall good experience.

Products and showroom are to a very high standard. Staff very helpful,understanding and have a good product knowledge. Over the years have bought all our beds,mattresses and pillows from Dreams of Sittingbourne,and will continue to do so.

Myself and my husband recently got married so with our wedding money thought we would buy our first marital bed...we looked around all the different stores and dreams was a very inviting store especially for our budget...even though we did go over the price we wanted to spend we feel that with the good customer service we got the bed of our dreams.

I had been in the store just a few minutes when Nicola approached me. I explained what I was looking for (an Ottoman double base and single mattress). Nicola explained that the single mattress I asked to see was only available online but went on to explain that she had a better one with 400 more springs for only another £20! Single mattress ordered. Nicola went onto show me the various ottoman styles and made sure I was comfortable with opening and closing the base I preferred. I chose the Classic D Ottoman which suited my needs. Base ordered. All in all, an enjoyable and stress free experience.

The assistant was very helpful and took time to explain the various aspects of the beds and mattresses. I did not feel under any pressure to buy the goods, which I always find off-putting.
