The store was well laid out and the assistant was extremely helpful in finding me the right mattress for my needs. She did not hurry me at all and gave me various beds to try before I found one that suited me and the price was one I could afford. The store was clean and well lit and the beds were well set out.

Staff available let us walk around ourselves first then asked if we required any assistance, when we gave the name of the bed we had seen online the colleague Darren explained to us the different types of mattresses and gave us honest opinions about how well they are received. He made sure we were aware of any savings available but we did not feel pressured in to buying the more expensive items, we were offered a drink whilst we debated which to buy and were overall very pleased with the service we received after not so great experiences with rival companies.

I had previously visited the store and my partner and I had ore or less chosen which bed and mattress we wanted. I attended the store to purchase a bed base and mattress. Ayse the sales assistant was very informative about the products and also the product insurance. From the minute I spoke to her she was very friendly and also made me a cup of coffee which I thought was a lovely touch. More than happy with my visit.

Compared to other bed retailers that we visited on the day Dreams had the shortest delivery times and prices that were inline with elsewhere.
