The two gentlemen that helped us were knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. They went out of their way to help us lifting up mattresses so we could see the various slats etc. They offered us drinks and were friendly, but professional.

Joe was very helpful and friendly and we came away with a quality product at an unbelievably good price.

The sales person was really helpful with chosing the right bed. His knowledge of products was vast and he spent alot of time and effort speaking about what was the best bed to choose and gave us information about pillows and which were the best to buy. He even place them under our heads as we tried out the comfort of the bed which we decided to buy in the end. Well impressed with everything also great information on the credit available in the store. A very enjoyable visit to dreams, thank you.

I was in a fix and needed a mattress immediately. The staff listened to my story, helped me to find the most convenient way of getting what i wanted, allowed me as much time as I needed to find the mattress for me and even carried the purchase out to my car. They were friendly, respectful and had lots of knowledge of their products and the way Dreams works as a store.

The Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable in my request of the particular order and assistance I needed. Also all the products were found in store where I could directly sleep and have a good feel of the mattress since I suffer from lower back problems. I also instantly fell in love with a particular bed on display which was very beautiful, an adding bonus to it was that, it was on sale double amazing. my experience was a pleasure at the dream store in conclusion. I could not have been helped more when first attending the store in sittingbourne. My boyfriend and I first visited on the Tuesday ans Darren could not be more willing to help us. He also told us the bed we were after had special offers starting at the weekend so to come back then and save us some money. When arriving saturday he was great once again at helping us choose a mattress to go with our frame and for giving us the best deal possible. I couldnt have asked for more
