Assistant was very knowledgeable and efficient and item was available at short notice

Once I managed to get an assistant to help me he was very helpful and spent time listening to my needs. He got me to try several mattresses and recommended one which was not the dearest in the store!!

The staff was particularly busy, experiencing a flurry of people as I arrived; dealing with one customer with challenging needs and serving another couple of ladies whilst at the same time answering a number of telephone queries. The member of staff who served me (Nicola) was friendly and welcoming and dealt with all customers warmly and efficiently, in spite of being the only experienced member of staff. She consistently communicated with me and ensured that I was not inconvenienced or kept waiting longer than necessary. I was impressed by her level of customer care and attentiveness.

The assistance that we received from Nicola was excellent. Her product knowledge was very good and we were even offered a coffee while we browsed. An excellent experience!

As soon I entered the store and explain the items I had seen on the Dreams website, the member of staff knew exactly what I was looking for. After showing me the products, and explaining all the details, I came back the next day, paid, and arranged delivery with the same member of staff.

Joe Weaver - the sales assistant - took the time to explain the differences between all the different types of mattresses, got me to try them one by one and until I found the perfect one for me. His knowledge was outstanding. So helpful!
