The assistant came straight over to me. He then went and paper and pen to write down my requirements. He then took me to each choice of product and explained everything about them and gave me advise on saving money without compromising quality.

Satisfied because of choice,cleanliness,friendly staff,knowledgeable, nothing was a problem

Not rushed or encouraged to spend more than we wished. Had time to browse and find the frame and mattress we required. Given assistance regarding purchase and ways to pay.

Staff were very helpful & friendly, even made my 3year old daughter have a fun time. I also changed my mind when I returned home on colour of bed. I rang the store and they were very helpful and put me in contact with the right people and also found me the name of make of bed I had chosen to replace the first choice. Highly satisfied with my experience and will definitely recommend .

The member of staff and the manager welcomed us upon entering the store but was not too in your face. They had a great working relationship and were both extremely amusing which seemed to keep our two children amused whilst completing the sale of Items we purchased. A pleasure to deal with and a great deal on the day too. I would highly recommend this specific store to anyone. Happy all round.

Darren in sittingbourne branch helped me narrow down my choices of bed & mattress, he explained everything so well &also helped me get a huge saving for having my disability badge, no vat. He made it so easy but didn't do the hard sales stuff. The lady who did the paperwork was also very pleasant. I have bought many beds from dreams & so pleased, pure comfort & rest. I go into hospital shortly & need 3 months bed rest at least, I can't think of a better way than to be in a dreams bed. Thank you
