Excellent customer service from 'Darren' at the Dreams store in Sittingbourne, Kent Very helpful and patient with us while we looked at various mattresses

I was supported in my decisions. I did not feel rushed but the salesman was available if needed

The member of staff that delt with us was very knowledgeable about the product and gave us all the information we requested at our first visit and we delt with the same member of staff on our second visit and was very pleased.

Sales person very helpful, coffee was nice touch.

Darren who was dealing with my transaction was very good. Listned to what I was looking for. Took me through all the possible options for me and finded the right one to suit me. He was very professional as well

The general attitude within the store was friendly and polite. Through talking we learnt that the salesman was a new employee, however this was not evident from the way that he was serving us as he was extremely confident and knowledgeable about the products and how to serve. My partner and I would always consider Dreams again before any other similar type of store as we had an enjoyable stress free experience.
