Very friendly staff in the Sittingbourne store. Took their time to ensure that we were happy and made us aware of insurance policies; should we wish to take them out.

I was very impressed with the assistance I received in store. Jo was very clear with her advice and covered all aspects of the matresses I was looking at. She gave me options and explained thoroughly the pros and cons of each and all of this whilst maintaining social distancing and covid protocols. When placing the order everything was explained fully and all my questions answered. The whole experience and transaction was fantastic

Joanna, the assistant who served me, was very friendly and helpful. She had a thorough knowledge of the products and asked the right questions to lead me to several mattresses which might suit me. She explained the differences between the various mattresses so that I was able to select the perfect one for me. She then showed me different types of bed bases and frames which allowed me to select one suitable for my situation. I have impaired mobility and she was very thoughtful about me not needing to walk too far.
