The assistant was very knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic about the products he sold. He did all in his power to ensure that I got what I was looking for and left the shop happy.

Darren was very helpful in helping us choose a bed and mattress within our budget,we wanted a tv bed and are very happy with the choice we made, We were unsure on what mattress we wanted,but he helped us find the perfect one for us...highly recommend Dreams to everyone...

Thomas the assistant explained the differences of the mattresses and advised us to try all the beds we wanted. He left us alone whilst doing this which was great, nothing worse than a hovering assistant. He kept an eye on us, so as soon as we needed him he was there.

Darren who served me was really helpful, spent the time to find out what I was looking for. Tried different combinations to see which be the better deal for me. Excellent service. Even asked if I wanted a hot drink.

Darren explained everything and listened to our needs, spent tune with us, was patient, friendly and helped us find the perfect bed.

I visited the store previously to enquire about the bed I wished to purchased, explained that I was not in a position to order at time. On entering the store this time, staff recognized me from my previous visit which I thought was excellent customer relation. Staff explained and showed me the bed that I had chosen, showed me other similar in the range. Staff showed me mattresses, which I tried and explained each one to me. Ordering my products and paying was made very easy for me... therefore overall I am highly satisfied with my experience in Dreams
