Dreams - Sittingbourne

I had found what I thought was an identical bed online for a much reduced cost but just looking at the photograph on my phone the store assistance pointed out that it was different and quite rightly mentioned that it could be of an inferior quality. I appreciated the advice.

This is our second visit ,first to buy our own bed & mattress then this time to buy bunk beds & mattresses for our grandsons. We had the same lady as our first visit she remembered us & was again so very helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks dreams.

We were approached by Gemma upon our visit to the Sittingbourne store. Gemma took the time to explain how to find the most suitable mattress for our needs using the colour coding system within the store. Both myself and my husband were able to try a variety of beds until we were completely satisfied with our purchase. We found the whole experience both educational and very relaxing. Thank you Tom for dealing with the finance swiftly.

We thought Darren was most helpful and was not pushy in any way gave us a lot of information all round excellent customer service all the staff seemed to be the same

ATTENTIVE STAFF We visited Dreams to get an idea of the kind of mattress we would like to buy in a couple of months so that we could save up. We took a liking to one in particular and as we were just about to leave the shop, Darren came back to us to ask how we got on. Darren knew a lot about the mattress we had chosen and told us all the facts. We made it apparent that at the moment we couldn't afford the price, so would be back. He then told us there was one available in the clearance section, which we purchased. Darren noticed which mattress we liked before he spoke to us about the clearance section. He was attentive, kind and an honest salesman, very willing to help us. We purchased a mattress and bed base, without his input and efforts to come back to us as we were leaving the store, we wouldn't have purchased at all today.

I've been into my local store a few times and staff are very helpful and very pleasant couldn't wish for any better

Myself and Katy visited your Sittingbourne branch with no idea of what to buy, we had little or no expertise in shopping for a new bed. We spoke with Darren at length about numerous options, divans, ottomans etc. We laid on at least 20 different combinations with Darren's assistance. We bought our previous bed from Dreams and have been happy with what we have had lived with over the years. However we wanted a larger bed and more comfort as I suffer with an aching back sometimes, but knew nothing else as to what we wanted to upgrade to. Darren and Karen's (the manager) knowledge of explaining to us the benefits of each mattress was excellent. At no point did we feel rushed into making a decision, everything was detailed from all price ranges. We did go over our budget of £1000 but after spending the time choosing the right bed we are over moon with our decision to buy from Dreams again. The store we visited is a credit to you and your company as so many of your competitors try to hard sell their customers. We will be back in years to come again and will be sending my parents into see Darren soon.

I am extremely pleased with the service we received. The man who served us was extremely helpful, and helped us with very specific and quite difficult needs. Me and my husband both like different styles and firmness of mattresses and we were able to find the perfect matress for both of us, with the help of the store assistant. He was even able to help considering I have arthritis in my back. We didn't feel like he was pushing us into buying something more expensive, and he was very friendly. We were able to order our matress for delivery within a week, on a day that was suitable for us. He even helped us with purchasing new mattresses for our children. I would definitely shop with you again, and recommend your company. The store is well laid out and it is easy to see the different options available. It is reasonably priced for the quality you are getting.
