Dreams - Sittingbourne

I wasn't sure what mattress I needed because I have back problems and my memory foam mattress is uncomfortable. The assistant recommended several and narrowed my choice. Excellent service and hats off to Tom. One very satisfied customer

Salesman didn't waste time. He understood I wanted to walk out of the store with a mattress and took me to the area where it was possible straight away. Sussed me out and gave me the options without pressure and sold me extra pillows and mattress cover in the process. Good professional salesman and nice attitude.

The lady who helped us was called Nicola and I explained about my back problems and how a new mattress needed to be right. She explained so much and helped us with making the right choice.

The assistant was friendly and knowlegable without being pushy. When she did not know the answer to one of our questions,she immediately made a phone call and found out the answer. The only downside was that sittingbourne branch did not have an up to date base of the beds that we were purchasing,however we had seen the new base at the Gillingham store,but I felt the new one should be available in both stores,perhaps you could look into this.

Our assistant Darren was incredibly friendly and intuitive when it came to understanding which products would be of interest to us and what budget was appropriate to our needs. Through his recommendations and demonstrations we picked a product that neither of us had considered before but was perfect for what we both wanted.

The service at dreams was very good because we arrived at half 5 asking for a double mattress to takeaway. This was not a problem for the staff and they were very helpful.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and very very helpful and friendly even with my grandson running around like a madman she remaind very helpful
