Dreams - Sittingbourne

we were highly satisfied with out experience at Dreams because the shop assistant named Darren listened to our needs and advised us accordingly, he showed us beds he thought would suit our needs and took us to the beds so we could try laying on them for a while so we could appreciate the comfort of each one we tried, we got it down to two beds to choose from and I kept going back and forth between them for a while and during that time as well as previously Darren asked us if we would like a tea or coffee or water but we refused. I eventually went back to a third bed we had tried and immediately knew that was the one even though it was a lot more expensive. we then went with Darren to his desk and were given a seat whilst he made out the invoice for the bed, mattress and insurances, and delivery date. we chose a date a couple of days before we went on holiday as it was the only date suitable to us but after we booked the date but before we had paid we realised the date wasn't suitablt as we would be on holiday for 30 days of the 40 night mattress exchaange policy, but Darren assured us we could come in 24 hours later to change it and we were happy with that.

Nicola who I saw in store was highly knowledgeable and showed me the various colour options in the bed I chose.

The sales assistant was very attentive. I have just undergone surgery and found laying down on the beds difficult. He insisted that I took my time, explaining different mattresses without me having to try them unless I wanted to

Service from assistant (Darren ) was very good. He listen to our needs and advised on many types of beds. Made us feel very welcome and wasn't rushed in anyway.

Staff helpful but not overpowering. Helped in suggesting which items to choose from, then left for me to try out the best product that suited my needs.

We entered the store to look at headboards. Darren came to our assistance and directed us to where we could make our selection. We did not find what we were looking for so he offered us alternatives. We went with him and he was very helpful. We were able to select a headboard and he tried to get it in to our car. He was unable to get it in but offered us the alternative of a delivery. We went through the "desk" procedure and we came away knowing that when next we need one of your products "Dreams" is where we will come to.
