The staff member approached me as soon as she could see I was dithering over headboards. She explained the whole range, showed me the range of colours and explained the delivery times. Very helpful person

We were not intending to purchase on the evening we visited, we were looking around to see what was available. However, the salesman, Darren, at the store was so helpful and took the time to understand what we needed and gave us great and honest advice, which gave us the confidence to commit to the purchase there and then. We dint like pushy, desperate sales people, but Darren was exactly what a salesman should be, great customer service, knowledgeable, let us take our time without being pushy, and makes a great cup of coffee, made it a pleasurable experience. Thank you Darren.

There was s good choice and the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us plenty of time but also didn't push and gave us time to discuss and decide for ourselves. When we went back the second time he recognised us and remembered what we were after. Excellent.

The product knowledge of Nicola was great, she took the time to listen to what we thought we needed and then proceeded to walk us through the various types of matress to make sure that we ended up with the exact product we needed. There was no pressure and we were able to spend as long as we wanted testing the various products without feeling rushed. We originally only went in to look but with Nicola's help and a nice cup of tea we left the proud owners of a matress

The assistant was friendly, able to answer all of our questions and even went so far as to show us how well the bed works when my wife asked him to lay on it. (Needed someone tall to make sure it was big enough)
