Good knowledgeable store staff and very easy ordering process

We were unsure on the rating of mattress needed as we were uncomfortable in our existing firm rated Hypnos mattress. We were guided through the diagnostic bed to determine the best mattress rating and selection of mattresses available. Your assistant Darren then explained how the beds were presented in the store and then showed us the appropriate beds that would suit our requirements. His knowledge of the various mattresses was excellent and we were allowed to try out each mattress ranging from the cheapest to the most expensive. At no time were we pressured into any specific mattress which is refreshing theses days. We finally opted for the Tempur Cloud and were then taken through the ordering process which Darren explained as he went along. All in all we were very happy with our purchase.

The store assistant was amazing, she talked us through various bed base types, there was no pressure selling, just friendly advice on what type of bed might be right for us.

It was easy with the help of Joanna to choose the correct ( hopefully) double mattress

Was met by Maria, made the selecting of a new bed non stressful, she was helpful and attentive.

Staff were friendly and helpful and good products at reasonable price

Jo went above and beyond and listened to what we needed. Was very informative and wasn't a pushy lady ( that puts me off personally hate that ) but she was brilliant and very professional will 100% be back as we need the cooling mattress topper and the pillow cases too but they weren't in stock yesterday

The Assistant Richard could not have been more helpful. Took his time explaining everything with what I needed.
