The friendliness of the 2 girls that helped us was great cannot fault them they are a real asset to the company Emma who helped us with the selection made us a cup of coffee was brilliant made us feel really welcome and nothing was a bother.

Darren gave me and my partner the right amount of information and space to allow us to come to the correct choice for us. Fantastic level of knowledge from all staff. The layout was great and the way the beds were colour coded is a great touch. Couldn't have had a better experience.

we were served by Darren. he greeted us as soon as we walked in the store and offered us assistance. we explained what we were looking for and straight away he gave us excellent advice and recommendations. he offered us both and coffee while we browsed further. and made the whole experience very pleasant and stress free.

Competent and knowledgeable staff who took the time to explain about the beds and what their colour coding means, the different types of beds and were patient and friendly and understanding in my specific needs. Welcoming and honest, I didn't feel pressured to buy and was easily showed around. Would definitely return again.

As soon as we walked into sittingbourne store we was kindly greeted and asked if we need help the young girl done her up most to help as with our purches and keeping us chose the one for us gave us lots of information on mattresses very friendly and easy to talk to. i would recommend to anyone and would but out of this store again many thanks amber and jame.
