Dreams - Sittingbourne

Brought a tv bed and mattress at your sittingbourne branch and the service we received was very good nothing was to much trouble. Phoned when they said they would. Could not fault the service. Would recommend to family and friends.

the lady attending to me was friendly, understanding and professional. I bought one product but also wanted advice on another, she took time to help me and at no time did I feel rushed.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, even offered to carry our items for us. found what we needed straight away and had a laugh and a good conversation with the checkout lady (nicola)

I called the sittingbourne store in the morning to confirm the store had the furniture on display. I spoke tom and he was polite over the phone. Once I was I arrived I was asked if I needed any help and a girl and tom assited me. Between both of them they answered all my questions and made it a very pleasant experience. They also worked well together.

Needed beds and matresses for kids. Both wanted very different things. We came away with everything we wanted

The staff were knowledgable,friendly and patient. We were a family so not the quickest with decisions and even were allowed to go and think calmly,which is why we returned and purchased and would recommend this shop and staff.
