The sales person was knowledgeable and very helpful explained my options well but was not pushy so I did not feel pressured into making a decision. The choice of products was very good and prices competitive.

The salesman was friendly polite and not pushy. He gave advice and information but didn't hover. His advice helped make the decision.

I found the staff very helpful and I was able to get the mattress my daughter liked and wanted.

Friendly assistants and no hard sell. I enquiries about a storage option in a sofa bed and, on being shown it and concluding I didn't think it worth the extra cost, the sales assistant accepted my conclusion and did not try to convince me it was worth spending more on. I appreciated this as some places do push hard for the more expensive options.

Time and attention given to us from TOM and also other staff in store who were not dealing with us directly but still took the time to offer tea or coffee. Friendly and lively team who make you very welcome, unlike the the bed store 2 does down who we not helpful at all,

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They had the mix right of being there to help but allowing us to look around in our own time. Great service from all the staff!!!

Ayes the sales assistant was very helpful very friendly and polite. She could also answer all the questions that we asked her and she give us some advise which was nice. We felt that she wasn't pushing for you to buy anything she let you make up your own mine which was very good and made us feel more comfortable. We feel you have a very good sales assistant.

Everything was clearly labeled and easy to understand. Sales assistant was very helpful and explained the products fully. He also made us a nice cup of tea while we placed our order
