Staff very friendly and helpful

I was looking for a mattress for my adjustable bed .The sales assistant was very helpful she had good knolage of all the beds on show and helped me pick the right bed for me ,I'm now looking forward to my new mattress.

Aisha in the sittingbourne branch (unsure if that is the correct way to spell her name) helped us. We had seen the bed we wanted which was excellent value for money and we needed advice on a new matress. She was very friendly and very informative. She listened to what we wanted and gave good advice. She wasn't at all pushy. She gave us space to make our mind up whilst she made us a coffee! We was extremely impressed with how quick the delivery would be. All in all excellent service and will definitely recommend.

From the moment we walked through the door there were friendly smiles, Ayse our assistant, proved very helpful and knowledgeable of the products that would suit our needs, placed the order and arranged a delivery date with the minimum of fuss but with a lovely smile. We couldn't have asked for more. She is a great asset to your company.

We were in the store for over an hour and during this time we were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. WE were given coffee and had a laugh and joke with the staff who made it clear that there was no hurry. we spent quite some time laying on beds and laughing and asking for advice which we were given to help us make the right decision for us.

The customer assistant listened to what I was looking for and made suggestions. His product knowledge was very good. Was helpful and friendly. We went to bensons for beds next door to compare prices before making a decision and came straight back to dreams as their staff were extremely unhelpful so well done to Dreams staff.

Very informative staff. Ayse would be highly recommended.
