The salesman, Tom, was polite and helpful. He showed us several options and wasn't pushy.

the knowledge of the sales assistant was outstanding and helped us decide on the style of bed we needed. Our order was placed immediately and delivery decided only a few days away. All in all a very satisfying experience. Well done.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Whole experience from telling the sales team what we wanted and placing the order was short. Didn't have to waste too much of our weekend deciding what products were best for our needs. Still awaiting delivery of actual product so can't comment but the purchasing experience was excellent

the staff always seem to recognise you as being old customers which is true & it is nice to be associated with that plus service is always very friendly and nothing is too much trouble

I went to the Sittingbourne store and was greeted by Darren and his colleagues. Darren helped me find the perfect bed within my budget and I was even given a cup of tea whilst I tried all the different mattresses! An incredibly helpful, stress free and easy shopping experience and I will recommend Dreams to family and friends.

Very friendly and helpful staff not over the top.

As we entered the store we were met by a member of staff who pointed out the beds available and explained about the different types of mattress etc., but then she left us to look at our own leisure. It was nice not being "hassled" by staff all the time. Once we had chosen the bed we wanted, she clearly explained everything we needed to know and showed us a selection of headboards and pillows which we also required. At all times during the process she was extremely helpful and friendly.
