Dreams - Sittingbourne

Darren from Siitingbourne branch was really friendly and very knowledgeable on all of the product's that we needed to know about and very really helpful. We would return to the shop for sure if and when we require anything else. Oh he also makes a good coffee.

As our daughter and her children are in the process of moving into the house next door to us we went to Dreams to look for a new bed for our 17 year old grandson and also to replace the one in our spare bedroom and were satisfied with what we found and the service that we received.

There was a good variety of products at varying prices and ranges. There were several choices for us within our budget and we were encouraged to test the mattresses by the sales assistant Darren.

Good service and knowledge shown by store staff and great delivery / collection service. Dreams simply did what they said they would - excellent for today.

The sales assistant, Darren, couldn't have been friendlier. Gave us plenty of time to try the products and was full of advice. Also, he gave plenty of information without us feeling like he was trying to give us the hard sell. Always a winning approach with me. We went away and thought about it for a couple of days and returned when Darren was next in to go ahead with the sale. Wanted to make sure he got the sale as he was such a nice guy. Bed to be delivered in a few days so hope it is as good as the service we received.

Darren was very helpful. He asked what kind of matress i was looking for and what i already had. He gave me the best options and let me choose what was ideal for me. He got me a quick delivery time so now i can have a good night sleep.

The staff were all very friendly and knowledgable. We were not hounded or followed around the store, nor did we feel under any pressure. The staff really listened to us and understood what we were looking for. We have gone into a number of stores recently, and found the service and advice received from the staff at Dreams simply miles ahead of anyone else. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Darren was our salesperson and we would like you to thank him for us yet again for the service we received as well as his colleagues.
