Dreams - Sittingbourne

When my husband & I walked into the store we were slightly overwhelmed with the amount of choice and didn't know where to start your lovely colleague Maria came straight over to us and offered help she then popped on the test machine which suggested our type of bed,then proceeded to show us the beds & pillows with social distancing and a very genuine knowledge Maria helped us to the very end of our visit and to be fair we didn't have a clue, fabulous visit & excellant service we purchased a tempur mattress thankyou Dreams & a big Thankyou to Maria.

The visit was very successful and we were greeted as we entered the store with a friendly hello and a smile. The assistant was helpful as she pointed out the products which were suitable and encouraged us to utilise the Sleepmatch. We were instore over an hour, and having been offered refreshments and pillows we felt comfortable and confident to make a quality purchase.

I felt welcomed and got a friendly service, Julie who did my order listened and gave advice and support as well as being very knowledgeable about the product range. I found out which type of mattress firmness I am suited to with the bed scanning machine and what I should be looking for. I was able to make my own decision in my own time and I was in store for over an hour easily browsing and comparing beds. I was told about offers and the best deals they had too which helped me with my decision.

We were amazed when visiting dreams with the assistance we received with Maria, she helped us with our decision making and was very knowledgable and friendly. We tried the sleep machine which was an amazing experience!!
