Tom the sales assistant was very knowledgable , informative and patient. Tom made me feel very at ease and comfortable and encouraged me to take my time deciding on the correct bed for me. Tom listened to what my requirements were and showed me a variety of beds that suited my needs. This is the second time my family and I have had dealings with Tom and on both occassions his manner and customer service were excellent.

Fast efficient and friendly

Good range of products with plenty of staff to talk to. Visited bensons first and almost purchases a mattress. found my visit to dreams much better experience. More staff knowledge and friendlier. Staff were helpful and patient.

Tom (shop assistant) was very patient and really helpful, spent about an hour in store.

The assistant now his stuff, took us strait to the product we asked about, told us all we needed to know, he took our order and gave us a quick delivery date, he explained all about the paperwork. In short he was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient but also gave us time to make up our minds.
