I didn't feel pressurised in any way and I felt the young man's knowledge of the products was very helpful to me in making my mind up. He helped us decide fairly quickly and we found it a pleasant although expensive experience !!

Found the mattress that we required more or less straight away at a very reasonable The person that served us was really pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Haven't visited this company before but from the moment we stepped through the door the staff were extremely helpful. I bought the item there and then which I was not expecting to do as it was just a curiosity visit. Delivery time is quick and I do not think the disposal of the old mattress was too expensive But very convenient.

James was charming helpful, but not pushy.

I wasn't expecting to find a mattress that I'd be happy with so quickly, as I have a small double bed that in the past I have had issues getting a quality mattress for. However, not only did I find a suitable mattress, it was in my price range as well.

The Sittingbourne staff were absolutely marvellous and helpful and went out of their way to be of assistance.

Greeted when we entered the shop, but left to browse at first. Lady asked if we would like to ask any questions, we said no . She said ok but I'm just over here should you want to to know any thing. I REALLY don't like pushy sales people. Her level of attention to us was helpful but not pushy.
