Had already been advised how well the particular department of Dreams was. Guy was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had also looked on-line for the product I wanted.

We had a good look around without being pestered which was lovely, the man that served us told us if we needed help just to let him know. We selected a mattress & I had a good choice of delivery dates to suit us. I also insured the mattress for £25 as there was an offer to have a free mattress cover, this offer wasn't pushed upon us, we were allowed to make our own miners up

We were well looked after without ever being 'crowded'. The young gentleman was smart, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He knew when to come forward to help us, and also when to leave us alone. We were impressed, too, with the cleanliness and layout of the store, and with the variety and amount of stock on display. We were uncertain as to what we might find, generally, and came away having had a really good experience. Well done Dreams.

Myself and my partner walked inside the store today, not expecting to buy a bed, but wanting to browse. Unlike a store next door, Dreams (the staff), allowed us our own time to browse their selection of quality beds without hassling us. We were greeted by staff who acted very professional. After a while, Darren (staff) come over to us, ensuring that we knew what we were looking for. We were looking for an ottoman bed and new mattress. Darren ensured we understood the range of mattresses available, allowing us to decide on the mattress first. We were then shown a variety of ottoman beds, in which Darren explained the quality of each one, prices and providing some personal (but professional) opinion on each one. We immediately found the bed we didn't realise we wanted and were looking for. Darren worked out payment arrangements, and was very helpful. He allowed us the space to make our own minds up, without pushing us into an agreement. Although we left the store, we returned two hours later, where we purchased the bed. This was due to the quality and specifications of the product, and the respect and professionalism displayed by staff. Thank you for assistance, it was appreciated.
