Dreams - Sittingbourne

We were served by James when we initially went into the store on Sunday 30th to enquire as to what was available. When he served us he was very helpful, although not "in your face" and he explained everything to us very well and did not go into techno-babble and rattle on. When he had got all our info he pointed us in the direction of the relevant beds and left us alone so we could try things out for ourselves. We got a Quote from him on the bed we looked at and we wanted to buy the bed from him personally as it was such a pleasurable experience. On Tues 1st Aug we visited the store, because he was covering for another Branch on Monday, and ordered the bed. Again, he was fantastic and very helpful and I would recommend Dreams to anyone, and am very impressed with James! He is a credit to your Company!

ON VISITING THE STORE WE WERE SERVED BY JAMES. HE WAS VERY POLITE & INFORMATIVE, HE SPENT ALOT OF TIME WITH US & NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE. HE IS A VERY NICE PERSON & IS A GREAT ASSET TO THE COMPANY. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PASS THIS ON TO JAMES.

Very professional and friendly service

James had fantastic customer service skills, was willing to help and had good knowledge of products available, very friendly, funny and enthusiastic.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff (Tom and Karen) who helped us make our decision and explained the guarantee system to us without being pushy. This is already our second purchase from Dreams as we always find it to be a good experience at Sittingbourne.

The gentleman who served me was polite and helpful, not pushy. He asked all the right questions and explained everything very clearly, particularly which bed would be suitable and why. He went beyond helpful when I explained why I needed the bed asap and luckily was able to arrange the best suitable date for delivery.

Our salsas assistant Guy, made us feel extremely comfortable & we both felt we had known him for years. Refreshments on tap and didn't mind staying behind pass closing time to make sure we weren't rushed. Highly knowledgable, helpful & listened to our needs. Made the entire experience easy and we look forward to getting the new mattres for a good nights sleep.

A pleasant welcome when entering the store. We were allowed to wander the store without pressure or interference from sales staff and only when we wanted assistance did the sales person engage with us. The different ranges and products were explained to us, making our choice an easy process. The ordering process was simple and efficient. A great overall experience.

We went to dreams as it was the closest bed shop, with a view to going to others. However at the off, the person who served us made us feel at ease and answered all questions. My wife was allowed to try mattresses and was never felt like having to rush in her choice. Eventually got it down to three and again was allowed to try the mattresses and was encourage to lay in different positions for a while then move on to the next then re try if she wanted. There was no pressure put non us that even after trying we had to buy, however my wife liked one of the mattresses that much, we did buy.
