Darren at your Sittingbourne store was very helpful. Even made me a cup of tea! Very friendly and knowledgeable on all your beds and mattresses.

Assistant was highly knowledgeable and did not push himself for us to make a purchase, but left us to browse in the store, but he was on hand with information regarding the all the beds we were interested in. Store appeared clean as was the equipment in the store.

We were served by guy and he listened to us and then made suggestions that were really helpful.

All the staff were very friendly, the offer of a drink was given on more than one occasion and was a drinkable black coffee (I often find shops don't manage this). The comraderie between the staff was lovely to see, Darren took time to make suggestions for an appropriate mattress. There was no pushy sales patter and was a very relaxed experience to be making a large financial purchase.

on entry to the store we were aloud time to look around before a advisor came and offered his held with selecting the product we finally selected . then price and delivery times were agreed . all smoothly done

The beds were of a very good quality but it was Guy that made our visit a very pleasant one; he was very helpful and friendly.

The salesman was very helpful explaining the differences between the various mattresses that we looked at and when I explained my problems he recommended a mattress for me to try and was extremely helpful with finance, disposing of my other mattress etc.
