Dreams - Sittingbourne

The employee Jay in the Sittingbourne store pulled out all the stops to ensure we left with the correct purchase for us.Jay was friendly and helpful. Other stores have put us off purchasing through them either because they ingnored us or over shadowed. Both of which he didnt do. He was avaible for our needs and even made us feel wlecome with cups of coffee. Jay also made my daughter extremely happy by finding her a frozen pillow to enjoy during the ordering process.

Very nice man. Had good knowledge about products. Only went in to look ,but ended up buying a Tempur bed.so a good sale .

As soon as I walked into the store I was met by an assistant (James) who asked me what I was looking for. I was after a new mattress. He guided me through the various softness/hardness of the mattresses and helped me decide on what I wanted. He was courteous, polite and a pleasure to do business with

The salesman Guy spent a lot of time showing us various products around the store to home in on the right mattress for us. He carried pillows around to make sure we had as good a comparison as possible.

The assistant took time to understand our needs and directed us to several product options to try. The ordering procedure was efficient, delivery arranged to our requirements and executed as agreed. Fully satisfied with the product.

Darren was extremely helpful in explaining all the types and qualities of mattresses available to us. There was no rush and no pressure to make an immediate decision. - and he makes a nice cup of tea!

Guy, the assistant that helped us pick out our new bed was more than helpful, honest and friendly. He really made it easy for us to make a decision we were happy with.

Darren at Dreams in Sittingbourne was very helpful, even offering the use of the lift as I had had an operation on my foot. He was very knowledgeable about the products we were looking at and showed us a variety of different mattresses to try too! We were well looked after, offering us a hot drink while we went through our order, checking we had everything we needed. Darren also explained what we needed to do when they came to pick up our old mattress. He said that all the wardrobes would be assembled upon delivery.
