Dreams - Sittingbourne

As soon as we walked in the assistant approached us asking if we needed any help , when we informed her of what we wanted she directed us to where we would find it , she then allowed us some time then later joined us in the discussion we were having .

Even though it was the 27th December, there was a member of staff to speak to immediately and she stayed with me for the entire visit. Helped me to understand the different types of mattress and bed. This was the first time I have ever done this and the entire process could have been extremely stressful. They made it very easy and very productive.

Team member was very helpful and supplied us with a range of options to choose from. Prices were fantastic.

The staff was fantastic very friendly and made us coffee

James assisted us very friendly. Also explained about all the products in detail.

I was offered a drink and helped to the lift by James the store assistant. The item was specific that I wanted and he established that to save me time in showing only items that met my criteria. There was a sale on related to merchandise and I was informed that with purchase of the bed these were reduced.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable, without being over pushy.

We were served by James who was very knowledgable about the bed frame and able to recommend mattresses for specific needs. He was very attentive on our first visit to the store. He didn’t make us feel rushed or pressured to purchase but did advices us when offers were ending (Black Friday). We returned the following day to purchase the bed and James greeted us when we came in and was again incredibly helpful.

Because we was offered to test the mattress with a pillow and offered a hot drink by Guy and nothing was to much trouble
