Darren was very friendly, attentive, had good knowledge of products. He offered us tea and coffee, and even gave us a great deal as we had a budget. He made me feel comfortable and gave great rapport with me and my partner. I would come back to be served by him again. Lovely bloke lovely smile ! He should get a pay rise cause he is awesome at his job. Thanks Darren you were awesome xx

The lady victoria at your sittingbourne branch was very helpful in helping us choose our new bed. She understood what we were looking for and assisted us in finding exactly what we wanted.

The assistant was very helpful and informative and showed us clearly which mattress related to the chart on the wall. Tea and coffee were also offered whilst testing and deliberating.

Friendly staff explained the various options for the mattress without any ‘hard sale’ . Although it was near to closing time we weren’t rushed and the sales team said that we should take our time.

James, in the sittingbourne branch was very helpful with regard to all of my needs to place my order with dreams. He had good product knowledge and explained well the options for delivery and the reason I could not take the product away that day, I was dissaponted that this wasn't an option, neither a next day delivery service, however this did not detract form the fact that I would purchase from your company again, although I would like to make it clear that the reason for this was completely down to James's ability as a sales person. It was his natural service and ability to detract from the negative and regain a positive feel to the interaction. As a manager in sales myself I would be proud to have James as a member of my team. Please pass along my praise and appreciation to James, as I am very aware that quite often sales staff do not receive this.
