Dreams - Sittingbourne

The staff at dreams Sittingbourne were so helpful & friendly. I liked that they weren't pushy with the sale and provided us with all the information we needed. Darren made us a lovely cup of tea, and both Vicky and another lady were so chatty and made us feel so comfortable. Thank you so much all of you :)

Very good service the member of staff was very helpful and good at his job the bed we wanted to look at was up stairs he even offered to take me in lift up stairs

I walked in the store and started looking at beds I was approached by Vikki almost instantly asking if I would like any help I told her I was just looking She then gave me a spot on run down of different types of mattresses and beds Made me feel very welcome and not rushed into a decision I was very pleased to be shown and told what I needed to know

We have changed our mind several times as to get a single bed or sofa bed. We had already visited Dreams a couple of times as other stores but couldn't make our mind up. The gentleman we saw this time was really helpful clearly explaining the pros & cons on what we wanted. Very pleased with the service we got.

James, the sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs, showed a us a relevant range of suitable products and was very friendly. He had a great sales manner, I did not feel at any time that he was trying to push a particular product for us to purchase but was very supportive of our comments. His manner was certainly a reason why we were comfortable making a purchase from dreams rather than looking in a competitors shop nearby. He also made a fantastic cup of tea!
