We were met by Darren and he was extremely knowledgeable and very attentive.

The service was excellent.

we were very satisfied with the salesman James in the Sittingbourne store.He explained about all the different mattereses and showed us some suitable ones and then left us to look further and make our own minds up.He dealt with the paper work efficiently.

We were offered assistance moments after entering the store, then left to browse. We were then offered coffee, tea, etc. As we narrowed our choice of mattress we were given a more "in depth" description of the products that we were considering; this enabled us to make a prefferred choice. The paperwork was handled efficiently and in a pleasant manner. We were then offered a choice of delivery date to suit ourselves.

Jay was a fantastic salesman at the Sittingbourne branch. He made my mum and myself a coffee, which has never happened to me before in any other furniture/bed shop. It was nice to feel relaxed and unhurried whilst browsing and that made me more inclined to spend my money there. I found a bed for my children and I was given all the information about it. I didn't realize there was more than one size single mattress. Thanks Jay for letting me know, otherwise my kids would have a gap big enough to store all sorts. You made my life easier.

On entering the store the lady assistant asked if we needed assistance and we said we were just looking at mattresses, after a few minutes she came over and started to explain about all the different types which made it a lot easier for us to choose. She told us so much information we quickly chose the right mattress for us.

James was very helpful ,and was very easy to talk to .

I wanted a new mattress for my spare room but the delivery time was excessive of over 3 weeks. The colleague pointed me in the direction of the take home mattresses and I ended up buying a discounted display item. Very good service

Excellent customer service received

Darren who was assisting us was polite helpful and I would personally give him a 100% for his customer skills. Not only did he understand what product we was looking for he also advised us on pocket spring and explained how that effects the quality. In fact all of the assistants that we had a brief encounter with were all approachable and proffessional.
