The representative who assisted me - ? Thomas - showed me the finer details of the two products I had viewed on line which enabled me to make a decision on the bed and mattress to order. He was then able to place the order for me and we agreed a delivery date which was suitable for my needs. Very satisfied all round.

We entered the shop with only 15 minutes till close - The staff were very accommodating at this time, as much as I'm sure they were itching to go home and probably hoping we didn't sped all night there. The store assistant didn't try to rush us at all and spent the time to help us make an informed decision on a new mattress. We placed our order with only 5 minutes before the store closed and even ran about 10/15 minutes past store closing time. I didn't catch the assistants names but it was the Sittingbourne store, we came in on Sunday 4th March and there was a male and female employee who helped us - they were the only two people left in the store from 3:30 to 4pm. Would definitely come back again! Thank you Ross Davey
