We were greeted as the Sittingbourne store by your salesman Darren, who politely asked if we wanted any help. We told him of our needs to which he fully explained every option, he then told us that we would be left alone to browse and try the mattresses on display we were given a pillow to use and once we had tried what we considered right for us, a further explanation of the 40 day exchange and basically everything else we wanted to know. Great service and hopefully no more "Back Aches" on waking.

Darren was good at his job and went through all the different combinations of mattress, divan, headboard etc so it would be the best bed for our money.

We felt the staff were very friendly and helpful as soon as we went into Dreams. We were offered a hot drink and asked wot we were looking in a bed. As soon as I explained a price and type of bed I required the sales assistant showed us several and explained clearly to us about the mattress making it easier for us to decide wot to buy . Price and quality was within my range. Yes would shop again as ur store.

we were looking for a mattress for my 93 year old dad , we were met by a very courteous young man who showed us the full range of mattresses for my dad to try, we were offered tea & coffee, at no stage were we put under any pressure to make our mind up or hurried into buying

We were highly satisfied with store assistant Tom's knowledge and expertise on the particular mattress we were looking for. He showed us straight to the mattress we were after and answered all of our questions. The paying and form filling was swift and our questions regarding delivery were answered with speed.

The chap I spoke was friendly and gave all the necessary info regarding delivery. Extremely professional and helpful
