James and Nev listened carefully to our requirements and needs. They went through various mattress styles with us to ensure that what we thought we wanted was actually what we needed. There was no pressure to buy anything, just friendly courteous help and advice. We were even offered refreshments before we made a decision to buy anything. At the point of purchase everything regarding the finance, after sales service and future help and support if we encountered any problems was explained clearly. When we left the store we didn't feel as though we had just been forced into a purchase, but that we had been provided with goods that we needed and we were very happy.

We were highly satisfied with Darren as he put us at ease he got us To try out quite a few beds with different pillows he also explaned about the different sheets. The experience was so different from buying our previous mattress at dreams
