Man asked me if I wanted any help, then took me to what I was looking for, explained that it was suitable for my needs ( a top bunk bed mattress) and answered my questions, I was very happy with everything, so then went and paid for it. I collected it the next day, as agreed, and it was ready and waiting for me, he then carried it out to my car. Very helpful, and all very friendly. Unfortunately I didn't get his name.

I had a very limited time to shop and hadn’t expected to actually purchase there and then but it was so quick and easy. The assistant knew exactly what to show me and where in the store they were. Very impressed.
