Jo was an excellent salesperson taking care to understand our needs, and provide a range of options. She wasn’t at all pushy and gave us space and time to consider our options. Loved the machine that selected the most appropriate mattresses for us!

Julie, the assistant knew her stuff, guided us in the right direction and didn't rush us at all, we felt at ease with purchase.

Maria was so helpful in our quest to find the right bed, We were invited to use the sleep machine and shown great care to select the right mattress for her. Although we didn't find the dream bed we wanted, Maria was keen to loo into alternatives, ways we could get the right we bed we wanted and overall very friendly, attentive and supportive. Thank you!

Assisted by Joanna, her knowledge was second to none, gave us time on our own to make our own decisions, and wasn’t a pushy hard sales person. Joanna was very honest, explained and followed social distancing, offered us tea. The whole experience was very pleasant and enjoyable. Which all Sales assistants were this good. We were greeted as soon as we entered the showroom and were shown to the items we wished to purchase. The sale assistant, Maria was very knowledgeable and made sure she understood our needs. We were shown all products that met our requirements and given all prices and special offers. Maria was courteous and made us feel welcome helped us with our decisions with her expert knowledge and offered us a pillow so that we could test the mattress we wanted. All in all it was a very pleasant and efficient buying experience.

Customer service was excellent and very helpful, Julia and Karen at the Sittingbourne branch made purchasing my new bed very easy.
