We were looked after by two different store colleagues during our purchase visits, both of which took time to understand our needs, had good product knowledge and were generally extremely polite and helpful. The order process was fairly easy and the delivery date given was fairly quick. Overall a highly satisfactory experience.

Lady that served us was very knowledgeable and friendly. Offered us tea and coffee and knew the products well. Only issue with the experience was seemed too few sales staff to serve everyone in the shop at that time.

Pleasant friendly staff gave advise when we asked for it, and we were able to take our time to select a bed.
