Ordered exact mattress we wanted. Staff really helpful and friendly

Staff were very friendly and helpful, not pushy at all which is very nice. Store was clean and nicely laid out making looking for what you wanted nice and easy.

friendly advised Karen Coffee was offered explained a lot about the bed only down side was one of the gentleman there said we could buy a sky eye so that my sky box didn't have to be moved but this was incorrect information and my not of brought the bed if I knew this before

We were looked after very well, offered drinks and advice. The store assistant, Darren, couldn’t of been any more helpful, and was very friendly and chatty. We are very pleased with the two mattresses we purchased, and wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again, or recommend to our friends.

As soon as we got into the store someone greeted us and asked if we was looking for someone specific. Very helpful staff.

The layout of the store and the display of products; the professional yet friendly approach and assistance of staff; the ease of order and arrangements for delivery. Have marked satisfaction with goods purchased as neither satisfied nor dissatisfied simply because they have yet to be delivered but would anticipate in the light of my other comments that they will be very satisfactory.

Tom was helpful without being to pushy. He listened to what we wanted & heiped us to make our choice. We even got a mattress cover plus new pillows.
