Staff Member, Tom, whom we dealt with was very knowledgeable and engaging and not at all pushy he helped us to choose the right bed given our different needs and explained the difference in the various mattresses, so that we could understand. He was also very personable young man & made our shopping experience enjoyable.

Staff very friendly, polite and helpful. They were all well informed on all products.

It was easy to order and everyone was knowledgeable and friendly.

I could easily find what I was looking for at more affordable prices compared to other bed specialists

The salesman who dealt with us, James, was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in he couldn't of been more helpful, from setting our 2 boys (2 and a half year old and 15 month old) up at 1 of the desks with colouring crayons and paper, to explaining all the differences in comfort for the mattresses, even told us to go and try all the mattresses whilst he entertained our 2 boys (both are normally wary of strangers but they were very comfortable around him and their laughter could be heard across the store). Made us a cup of tea, walked us around literally every bed and mattress giving detailed information about each. More stores could benefit with a James!! We hadn't planned to purchase originally, had only gone for a view with a plan to purchase at a later date. But with how fantastic James was it felt right buying on the day. Nothing was too much for him and he really knew his stuff about the products. Top marks from the Bennett family!!

I went into the store "just looking " however the sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products that I felt I wouldn't find a shop that would give me better service so decided to purchase the mattress in Dreams without looking elsewhere. The assistant could not have been more helpful.
