We visited a number of shops prior to purchasing our new bed at Dreams but it was your member of staff Darren at the Sittingbourne branch that was the deciding factor when we decided to complete the purchase. Good work Darren.

Hi walked into the store this afternoon very welcomed by staff name was called James shown as everything every aspects of what we needed to see we went away had a think about it went to a different establishment didn't like what we saw on the Welcome we received we came back say half an hour later had to wait a further 5 minutes but he had other customers waiting sat down to donedeal satisfied with the outcome the price and also delivery slots which was available to ourselves and fitted in around our schedule so happy with the price we paid didn't take the file on server because we pay cash and looking forward for our products being delivered many thanks

We explained what we were looking for and were directed to products meeting our needs. We were offered refreshments and given the opportunity to look around and try the products. James checked on us several times to ask if we had any questions or concerns.
