The lady who was with us was named Karen and she was very kind and helpful . She also told us to take our time and to be comfortable when trying the mattresses. She was very knowledgeable as well so that was a great help to us both. Then when we placed the order her college Julia was also really good and friendly and explained things very well.

Julie in the Sittingbourne store was very polite,helpful and knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with.No pressure to purchase which is the way I like to be treated,pushy salespeople do not get my business.I even commented to my wife as we left the store, that is how you should be looked after in a store and how nice Julie was.
