James was with us soon after entering the store. He showed us round the store and explained the different Types of beds and mattresses . My wife suffers from a bad hip problem. He advised my wife To lay on the beds to find what she would be most comfortable for her.. He even made us a nice cup of tea. WE were very impressed and satisfied with his advice and made a purchase
