The staff were both knowledgeably of the products we purchased. and were very friendly .

I attended to purchase a mattress . I knew what I wanted and staff were very helpful . The only issue was that the item I wanted was not available and I ended up purchasing a similar item.

My experience at the Sittingbourne store by Tom was absolutely brilliant. Having had a bad experience twice by the Gillingham store where everything seemed so much trouble, I am glad I returned to the Sittingbourne store. The staff were more than helpful and even made us a cup of tea!

As soon as i walked in i was asked if i needed any help or assistance and i said not at the moment just looking and was offered a drink while i have a look then the kids was offered some colouring to keep them busy while we had a look at some mattress then when needed was told all about any mattress we was interested in then when we chose witch one we wanted was told different payment options then completed the purchase many thanks rated A*

The assistant was very helpful but also respectful of the fact that I needed both advice and a bit of time to myself to make a final decision regarding my purchase. I did not feel hassled by the assistant, she was friendly, knowledgeable and she also made me a cup of tea!

I found the staff member to be very polite, friendly and very helpful, he was knowledgeable and help me find what I was looking for.

Darren was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure every need that we could think of was meet. The man is a credit to your company.

We decided to buy a new mattress. We went to the Dreams store in Sittingbourne. Darren the seller was very helpful in choosing the mattress. We returned home and after a week of thinking we went back to Dreams to buy the mattress. Now I'm waiting for the mattress to be delivered and I'm very excited! I have severe back pain and allergies to dusty mites. I hope we have a good night's sleep. Thanks to Darren for help.
